By accessing or using Sokobuzz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Description of Service

Sokobuzz is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with content creators. We provide tools for campaign management, secure payments via escrow, analytics, and communication between parties.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
Restricting access to your computer or device
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Brand Responsibilities

As a brand using Sokobuzz, you agree to:

Provide accurate campaign briefs and requirements
Fund escrow accounts before campaign commencement
Review and approve content within specified timeframes
Release payments promptly upon satisfactory delivery
Comply with advertising standards and regulations

5. Influencer Responsibilities

As an influencer using Sokobuzz, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your audience and engagement
Create original content that meets campaign requirements
Deliver content within agreed timeframes
Disclose sponsored content as required by law
Not engage in fraudulent activities such as fake followers or engagement

6. Payments and Fees

Sokobuzz facilitates payments between brands and influencers through our secure escrow system:

Platform fees are deducted from successful transactions
Funds are held in escrow until deliverables are approved
Payouts are processed via M-Pesa or bank transfer
Disputes are subject to our resolution process

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Sokobuzz to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

Content created through campaigns remains subject to agreements between brands and influencers. Sokobuzz retains all rights to its platform, branding, and proprietary technology. Users grant Sokobuzz a license to display content on the platform for operational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sokobuzz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Pending transactions will be handled according to our dispute resolution procedures.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Sokobuzz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
